How to Shape your Baseball cap the way you like it…

Monday, March 19th, 2012

The best way to shape a hat first off can refer to two things. It can refer to the actual shape of the cap, which the best way to shape that is to get in the shower and then wear it afterwards until it dries. That way it will shape perfectly to your head. As far as shaping the brim, there, it depends on what type of style you would like your brim. If you would like it straight, then one tip for that would be to put a cloth over top of it, put it on your ironing board and run the iron across it. Therefore, making your hat completely straight as you would prefer it. If you would like your hat to be bent and your brim to be bent, now that depends on how much you would like it bent. Also as you get your hat wet, the actual cap and the bill come in two separate types of material. If your brim gets wet, sometimes that can cause the brim to get flexible, causing it to disshape and causing you some problems as far as the way you would like it shaped. If you would like your brim to be really really curved, a great way is to get a baseball, put a baseball inside the brim and to curve it around it and then wrap your brim with a rubber band. That way it’s going to make your bill stay that way for a longer period of time. Let it rest overnight or even for a couple of days, therefore shaping your hat the way that you would like it.
