Awesome!!

Like many online shoppers, there's always some level of anxiety on doing business with an online company that you don't know. As I was surfing the internet looking for a company that can embroider some knit hats for our staff, I came across this particular company online. After reading a few reviews, I decided to give it a shot by placing a minimum order. Shortly afterwards, I received an email explaining the process and how they only ship to the billing address that was provided. Initially, I was taken back by the news but decided to move forward since the address that was provided was within a short distance of our office. Needless to say, I received the hats as expected and the crew is extremely pleased. Other than the conflict with the shipping address, the customer service was excellent and I will certainly do business with the company again.

High quality and durable material..

We have purchased a black hat & a flag hat from Customizedwear before. The quality and prompt service is why I order from here. The flag hat we order (item # 6993F) is one of our customers favorite give a ways! Even our drivers strive to be an award winner at the safety meeting just so they can win one of these hats. Dealing with the CustomizedWear team has been a seamless experience, and their embroidery is more than top notch. Our vectorized graphic which contains a gradient translated into a smooth transition in color which was a small touch that really made the hats pop. Out of this world excited about this company!

I am very happy with the products I ordered. They turned out great! I asked multiple times for different amount quotes as I kept changing my mind and they got back with me quickly. All my questions were answered promptly. They had a problem on their end with the order as when I ordered it would not let me split my volume of sizes. They told me it wasn't a problem but when they arrived, part of the order was wrong. I contacted them and they admitted the mistake and quickly and effortlessly fixed the problem. We all make mistakes or have computers that screw up but to admit it and fix it immediately shows great customer service. Excellence shown in our worst of times is truly genuine! Thanks. Kids liked the hats a lot. While fitted hats can be tricky, these seemed to flex to kids and coaches heads.
